A1: We are HomeShine, dedicated to promoting the Earth Eco-Village Movement. We advocate for a lifestyle of harmonious coexistence and sustainable integration with the Earth. Through publications, workshops, community actions, and more, we aim to help people understand and practice this new way of living.
Q2: What are your business hours?
A2: Currently, we only provide appointment-based in-store service. Please make an appointment in advance via WhatsApp, Facebook, or the contact form on our website.

Q3: What products do you sell?
A3: We offer books, daily essentials, handmade crafts, and other products related to the Earth Eco-Village concept. Our goal is to help people deepen their understanding and practice of this sustainable lifestyle.
Q4: Are the product packages recyclable?
A4: All our shipping materials are made from reusable or eco-friendly materials, and most packages and products are recyclable. After receiving your order, please sort and dispose of them properly through community recycling programs (e.g., Green@Community). Thank you for caring for the Earth.
Q5: How can I order products?
A5: You can directly select your desired products from our website, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process.
🚚 Shipping and Payment
Q6: What is the order process?
A6: Once your payment is confirmed, we will arrange shipment.
For bank transfer or Faster Payment System (FPS), please deposit to our bank account and send the payment receipt via WhatsApp (+852 6017 7487).
- Payments confirmed before 12:00 PM on a business day will be shipped the same day.
- Payments confirmed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
- A tracking number will be provided after shipment.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Q7: What logistics service do you use?
A7: We use SF Express as our main logistics service provider, with shipping fees charged upon delivery.

A8: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers, and Faster Payment System (FPS).
Q9: When will the order be shipped?
A9: Once we confirm receipt of payment, your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Q10: How long will it take to receive my order?
A10: Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days from the shipping date, depending on SF Express’s internal dispatch and delivery schedule.
Q11: How is shipping calculated for online orders?
A11: We use SF Express Cash-on-Delivery. Shipping fees are not charged to us and are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items.
